Users are responsible for listings, messages, payments, meetings, delivery, taxes, and legal compliance.

4. No Warranty

Ulitin is provided as is without warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ulitin, its owners, and operators are not responsible for losses, fraud, failed transactions, user payments, meetings, property damage, injury, or data loss.

6. Messages

Ulitin may provide internal messaging. Users are responsible for their messages. The platform may moderate or remove content for safety.

7. Contact Information

A phone number may be required when posting a listing and may be hidden from public view.

8. Prohibited Content

Illegal goods or services, stolen property, counterfeit goods, fraud, threats, harassment, phishing, and misleading listings are prohibited.

9. Disputes

Disputes between users are resolved by users. Ulitin is not required to mediate or refund money.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
